“We loved our stay here! The house was beautiful, very clean, and had everything we needed. Kitchen was fully equipped with all cooking necessities. The bedrooms were cozy and comfortable. We loved the pool after a long day of exploring in the Florida heat. Everything was perfect. The host was extremely responsive to anything we needed (which was not much since the house literally has everything you could need). I HIGHLY recommend this place for your next trip to Florida! “I got a great deal checking in on a Sunday, definitely a pro tip if you're able to travel on weekdays! The place was perfect, cozy, aesthetic, well stocked, and comfortable. Safe and secure and close to everything. As a professional Chef I enjoy finding local markets, grabbing fresh ingredients and cooking back at the airbnb, and the fully stocked kitchen had everything I needed. The mattress was firm and comfortable and I slept very well and undisturbed. This is a small place but the couch can be used for sleep and there's a TV in each room. I highly recommend especially for solo travelers, couples, and creative small groups. Enjoy the charming stretch of gulf coast from Mark's unit and unwind!”

“My family and I just stayed at this home for a week. The house was very clean when we arrived. We loved being able to come back everyday and have a very nice pool to swim in! Plenty of room for all the guest. I will say this place needs quite a bit of more maintenance.. the tv outside wasn’t working during our stay. (Sketchy electrical connection outside) The master toliet was unstable. very little hot water every time we showered. Broken tiles going from garage into the house(could be dangerous) all minor things but I do think it should be handled for future guest. I would return if these things get addressed.”

“We had a great time. The house fit all 11 people. 7 adults and 4 children. It was very clean. We loved the big comfy couch. The kids really enjoyed the pool and hot tub and all the games. The kitchen had everything we needed in order to cook at home. The grill was clean. They also provided enough towels and beach towels to use. Host was very responsive. House was in a great location close enough to the beach, restaurants, and markets. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Beautiful home right by the canal to fish, which we did and the house was very clean. The pics in the listing show multiple kayaks to use however, when we got there, there was only 1. No big deal we on fb marketplace found us one to use and take home. Pool was refreshing especially after a hot day of activities and you don't have to go far to explore or go to the beach. Definitely would book again and mark was very quick when it comes to responding to any questions or concerns.”

“This location is very nice. A well kept property. I found this location because the first location we had rented was terrible and we had to find another place. If you are familair with Tampa, it is not that far from anything in the area. Great restaurants are not far away. You may have to deal with traffic which you will have to anywhere in FL. Mark was excellent in his responses to me as I was tryhng to find another location. We highly recommend.”

“This was one of the cleanest locations we have stayed in! The property was clean and very well up to date. We spent a week here for our honeymoon and we enjoyed every second of it. The game room was a big hit for the couple rainy days that we encountered. My husband and I enjoyed the pool and the outdoor amenities. Our pups loved the fenced yard where they could run and play. A fenced property is hard to come by and our pups appreciated not having to be walked everyday and instead could be let outside to run just like they get to at home. This property is in a great location for trying out and discovering different beaches! We spent our days at st Pete beach, fort de Soto state park, honeymoon island, and treasure island. If we choose to visit Tampa again we will definitely check for availability here! Mark was a very responsive host, checked in frequently, and even provided us with some recommendations. His home was absolute perfection and I love the attention to details by having a drying rack available, coffee pods, laundry detergent, full length mirrors & couch blankets. I love how the home was completely free of clutter and extremely comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet and the water view was a dream! Very close to plenty of restaurants! If you like sushi, I highly recommend E Sushi about 8 minutes away. Mandola’s Italian restaurant in Riverview is great too! “I truly have never had such a great experience on Airbnb this location the house everything from beginning to end was phenomenal. Cleanliness, the accuracy. The location was great, the residence in which we were staying at was peaceful as well. Everything and I mean everything was great. 10 out of 10 would recommend this place to any of my friends any of your family members. It was a location that was genuinely meant for a family. This was one of the best places we have stayed at and if my family comes down again, God willing, will book again, thank you so much to everyone on the team. Thank you for everything! I think the best thing was the big dining table, just made every family meal so nice and enjoyable it’s sounds cheesy but it meant a lot that we could all fit and just have a good time while we ate, and talked about our day with the entire family, something we don’t get to enjoy as much now that everyone lives in different places.”
