Our grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed the house and the pool. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and conveniently located just a few minutes from USF. The host was extremely responsive. He checked on us several times to ensure we were happy and had everything we needed. We will definitely rent this house again when attending events at USF. We highly recommend it!”

“we found Marks place after having to leave our first Airbnb because it had sewage backup in the shower and toilet and AC problems.. I saw a review that said basically the same thing and they were very pleased with Marks place! I booked it immediately. as soon as I walked in I was relieved! It's very roomy and clean! we felt at home and after 3 days at the other place I was finally able to relax and enjoy our vacation! Beds were comfy.. bathrooms we excellent! the pool in the back was great! The neighborhood was excellent!!! our first place had reviews of being in a great neighborhood and I don't know where those people came from because it was NOT a good neighbor at all. Marks place was in a perfect clean lovely neighborhood that made us feel safe! We will definitely be back!!!”
