The spacious living room features a new 70” Samsung UHD 4K Smart TV and three luxurious Ashley couches, providing the perfect setting for movie nights or relaxing evenings with loved ones.

In the dining room, you'll find a large 10-person dining table where you can gather for meals or enjoy lively conversations late into the evening. And when it's time to retire for the night, you'll find comfortable accommodations in each of the four bedrooms, all equipped with plush memory foam beds, Samsung UHD Smart TVs, and ample storage space.

The fully equipped kitchen comes stocked with all the essentials you'll need to whip up delicious meals, including plates, mugs, cups, wine glasses, pots and pans, and more. And with a washer/dryer on-site, you can pack light and enjoy the convenience of fresh linens throughout your stay.

Please note that for the safety and security of our guests, there is a Ring security camera in the front of the property. Additionally, parties are strictly prohibited, and quiet hours are enforced from 9 PM to 9 AM. The minimum booking age is 25, and the maximum number of guests allowed is 10.

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-five percent (95.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
